    The lower the positive offset the more your rims will stick out and look meaner. However if it goes pass your fender it will be illegal.

    technially any modifications to your wheels without bieng engineered is illegal, but it is something everyone overlooks!

    35 - 45 is pretty standard for civics... I'm pretty sure that the measurement is in mm so it's not a huge difference, but beware: if you get a low offset rim and it comes past your guards you will get defected... or you could do some hektic flared guards lol
