aircon blower motor removal diagram

Hello ppl my 04 euro blower motor brushes are stuffed. Need to get some workshop diagram on how to remove and install again. Can anyone help? my air cond not working atm, it so hot during the day time. Rang honda they said something like $220 to replace the brushes. But was told it a easy job and can do it myself.

My car makes this really bad ... rumbling noise when i turn the a/c on!!

Is this what you had? Anyone else had this issue before?

It is only when the A/C is on, the fan is fine. My dad says it could be some belt.

Any solutions to fix it .... that won't cost me a fortune?

So anyway....I tried again, and sounded like an explosion! then a bit of smoke came through the fan. ... this all happend when i turn the a/c on for...0.00001 seconds.
