Facelift or pre-facelift

I have a 99 EK civic sedan, and i'm not sure if it is the facelift model or prefacelift.

Can anyone give me some suggestions on how i can tell the difference??

96-98 = pre facelift
99-00 = facelift

yer i saw your pics in your intro. its a facelift.

you will notice the differences mainly in the headlights and the front bar =P

pre facelift :

at an instant, the face lift model has two extra black hole bits on either side on the front bar as appose to the pre-face lift only have the one big hole in the middle.

i no alot of people who think the facelift is too busy, imo they both can look sweet ^_^
