yeah it's pretty easy to replace the stock bulb with HIDs, the bulbs came with the aftermarket projectors are usually crap just replace em to either HID or halogen to make your projector work again...

alot of peole run HID's with their angel eyes, but as a i said before it depends on the type of eyes you have, theres a new zealand seller on ebay, and really with the xchange rate as it is, you could buy em from america with a much wider range and it'll still come out cheap, u just gotta remember to have em angeled correctly then.

so basically people buy the stuff from US and try aim the cutoff so that the cutoff is in a straight line so that it doesnt glare into oncoming traffic??

yeh coz obviousl americas left hand drive is aimed at shining the opposite way to our right hand drive. so once brought here instead of lighting up in front of them it lights up the oncoming traffic.

yeh but theres a much wider and cheaper range in the u.s. u can get american angel eyes at this xhange rate for around $200 aussie dollars, the closest thing on ebay (australia) is $300 and in the shops i've never seen it for cheaper than 300 either, and the shop ones are usually all the same, (chrome background with white halos)
