our rear is similar to that, but ours had red lenses along the back of the boot
I agree with Chris_F. The USA car rear end looks nicer and it's because it doesn't have the "bling" extra red lenses. The rears are otherwise the same. It's the low camera angle that makes it look good. However, the car has a bit of a Hyena stance when you see it from the normal higher angle.

The European Accord, the Legend and the CR-V get radar controlled cruise control that maintains a safe distance from the car in front; applying brakes if necessary (like Benz). The European Accord and the CR-V get lane change warning and the CR-V gets stability assistance not just for the vehicle itself but for any trailer that it might be towing.
And then we have this new Accord that in top-of-the-line trim in the USA costs the equivalent of AU$31,400 (plus their equivalent of on-road costs); it has more equipment and it's built in relatively high labour cost USA. We get the low labour cost Thai built version and it costs AU$46,990 (plus on road costs). Why do we get to pay AU$15,590 more than the Yanks?
Put into Perspective, our 4 cylinder base model costs almost as much as the USA V6 top-of-the-line model!!!

u cant compare costs to the rest of the world. its silly.
theres so many reasons why the costs are different and why we get some things and miss out on others.
