Emanage is dead simple to install and there are ALOT of tuners who can use it. Oh and Dave is MIA because people want his drunken head.

i had my whole turbo kit custom made by Performance Exhaust in Northmead so everything fit nice and air cond and power steering remained and all water lines and oil lines were done there. im sure they will be able to make you oil lines, dump pipe, cooler piping and what not to suit your car.

ecu wise, probably best to run a piggy back ecu rather then a full standalone. the y4 is the black sheep of the honda family so there isnt a hondata or pfc which would just be plug and play... if you want to see just some of what is involved in the conversion click on my signature for the parts needed...

contact who ever you want to tune your car and ask them what they think... you want someone who is confident with the unit and the car.
toda tuned mine with hondata and i've heard of other y4s running piggybacks from other tuners too

if u need more info PM me

yeh man jus get some long hoses for ur water lines
get fittings to take oil from the back of the block to ur turbo
tap ur sump and run a down slope oil drain
make sure the manifold flange fits the turbo, eg T3 is the turbo u got which comes off RB25, RB20 etc regardless if its black or redtop. so make sure ur manifold is a T3 flange. if its a T2 flange then ur gona have to find a T25 or T28 turbo.
i've seen the r34 intercooler, seems pretty thick and chunkyy, u can use it if u want but as for fitting it somewhere thats gona be abit hard ~ maybe if u got rid of aircon?
other than that the harddest things is making ur own custom pipes fit
    best of luck bro.
also run some kinda e-management. 12:1 FPR, apexi (vafc, safc, neo), greddy, or any chip, chrome, neptune hondata etc ~
T3 actuator are 7psi, thats not too bad =) get a cheap manual boost controller and wind that thing down to 5psi if ur scared but 7psi is average, not much to worry there.

The only drawback to emanage is often the morons who try installing them without knowing what they are doing. They generally work quite well and we haven't had any problems.

The plug and play loom that we make, can make converting your harness from ek1 2 plugs to 3 plug obd1 a breeze and allows other tuning options.

An EK1 to OBD1 plug & play loom sounds great Andy,

I have to say ricer asked the same question I was thinking...
What's the fix for the iacv, dissy & batch fire injectors?
If it works, great... It solves a lot of issues for a lot of people...
What's the price too? (PM me if you don't want to post it here)
