So pretty much anything you can do in Adobe Lightroom (not PHOTOSHOP!) is legal!?
what about black and white with colour car etc...? to much?
Most digital cameras and SLRs have the facility to process photos normally or adjust it to be black and white. Hence the reason why I said Lightroom (lots of photographers use this program to do resizing, sharpening, levels and/or brightness/contrast adjustments) is allowed to do the image adjustments because you cannot heavily photoshop a picture. For example, you cannot remove backgrounds etc on Lightroom where as photoshop you can.
