    F1 Racing clutch & flywheel?

    Hey guys i saw this on ebay and was wondering if any1 has had any experience with these clutches, and any feedback you have on them?as i am looking to put one on my b16a2 civic vtir

    also how is my car likely to perfom with such a light flywheel. flywheel is 7.5 pound.

    It's an organic sprung exedy clutch, made in SA and rebadged for the US market.

    It's fine!

    Never used one, but that clutch and fly is fine. Its a good upgrade.

    Flywheel is light. Do a search on light flywheels and you will find the info you need.

    I have used the same product before. There was a very slight increase in acceleration in 1st and 2nd, take-off was slightly harder, the clutch has excellent grip for street driving.

    One thing to note is whether you prefer 2-piece or 1 piece flywheels. I prefer 1 piece.

    flywheel aint really that great on the B16 compared to B18

    You don't need a 320hp rated clutch for a b16a though. That stage 3 clutch is rated for up to 388Nm! Fine for a turbo, overkill for an NA.

    I'm thinking of getting a stage 3 clutch. Just going off Destrukn's experience

    Gripforce are the people to deal with on eBay with clutches and brakes. I've got their stage 1 flywheel and clutch package for less than 500bux landed. Awesome package, great for my H22A

    Gripforce are a good seller. I also bought a clutch and flywheel package from them. Arrived in Sydney in under 7 working days!
