yes it does. otherwise it will chip off easyy

noob question.

if i wanted it to be matt black.
without the clear coat would it be more likely to peal, chip what not.?

can someone follow up on this? i've been wanti to do this but how long will the paint last before it starts peeling off?

well, ive seen the car drive around lately with the same rims and the paint on the rims are still good. paint looked untouched but i could be wrong.

been over 2 yrs now

LOL might do same... so cbf sanding the little edges in the Integra Blades... probably use etch primer.

how many black coats did you do ?
and do you have to wait til its completely dry to do another coat?

can do as many coats as you like, i generally like to lay down about 3
