hey i have a stock b16a and wonder if its any good to get vtec controller? has intake with itr manifold and headers.

Save your money for an aftermarket tuning solution (ECU) of whatever type.
If you move the Vtec lower with no other chnges, your car will likley go worse...
That ITR manifold is also costing you power (without tuning)
