    That is the EP3. You can import EP3R as it is in the SEVS list. FD2R isn't.

    either way i dont really mind about trying to convince people, an aquaintance's friend imports them whether under sevs or cams or some other weirdo way, i know nothing about it other than he drives one and so do two of his other mates.

    They can Import JDM FD2R with ease in the UK.

    Theres already at least 10 there now.
