Damn you guys got so much better deals. As per my first post, $25200 and I thought that was a good deal.

I'm guessing the prices have gone down for the past 6 months as there is plenty of stock of the Civics, especially from what I can tell on the road, get into the Melb CBD and every 2nd car is a civic.

u talking about manual or auto? if auto, then it will be acceptable price. But i still prefer getting the brand new one, trouble free, mate

oh, its from a dealer so its alright i suppose. and its auto.

and ive found another 1 - its 2007 vti auto, has done 26000km for $21500.

and that other one has got front and rear parking sensors as well. so its 2006 vti auto, has done 30000km for $21888.

    Now im confused.

$21000 really. but which is more worth it, with regards to resale value if i were to sell it 3-4 years down the track...

friedbanana, personally I think you should try to lower the price for that 06 model (I believe this is the one that has parking sensors) into around 21k. Also, I dunno what's the diff between 06 and 07 for VTi... if there's none, should just go for the one that has extra stuff...

oh this is my personal opinion though

My friend just bought 06/06 VTi auto with 21000km with alloys for $18500,dealer only gave the seller $16000 and another bought 10/07 VTi-L auto with 6000km for $22000,and dealer only gave the seller $20000.This is just so you can get a rough guide as the price you should pay.
