The springs take a while to settle in.
once weight is placed on the springs over a certain time period the springs will settle in and be at the lowered height.
such as the front will drop quicker then the back due to the engine weighing it down.
Also the ride tends to get worse the lower the car gets.
Personally i found the handling too be better the lower the car get and could take corners alot tighter but there wasnt to much difference from the stock.
this is just my experience from putting king springs on my FD2.
For you guys who have springs other than Kings, did any of you get them from the US? I'm wondering if the springs they have for the LX/DX USDM civics (also with the R18a engine) have the same springs as ours... anyone know?
Supp,i Gots Skunk 2 On My 04 Civic Sedan,had Kings But It Only Lowerd One Inch,so I Got Some Skunks And It Droped 2.25.i Gots To Get Camber Correction Kit Front And Rear Though.but I Am Happy With The Ride.not As Harsh As The Kings.
