what ecu is in it at the moment what engine exactly do you have. is it JDM D15B or is it D15B?

Is there a difference in the computer needed to run the JDM D15B and the D15B. When i bought the car I was informed that it was the JDM D15B, but he could of just been saying that to get a sale. How do i tell the difference?
