They're 2 totally different cars made for different reasons.

If you were basing it this way on 25k, I'd pick DC5R.

why not get a tegdc2 vtir n turbo.
25gs shud do a 10psi stock internal job ..
or i can refer you to my mate that has a teg job hes about to finish.

not one thing that hasnt been replaced.
new recaros in the plastic
full engine job. gonna run 22psi hopin to get 200-300kwatw..

hes askin for 25-30 for it. n car is stock looking. n the turbo setup is kinda hidden.

or go grab an ep3. used to hate tht car but after looking at the current CTR .. its looks .. quiet good lol.
