yeah 1st is def factory bar with grill cut out. for some reason they cut out the middle part in the grill which goes across . get some mesh into it and it should look a bit better. or just get another factory front bar. looks better than either picture
each to their own i guess! and its a possibility of fixin up the oem bar, spraying it to match the car properly and meshing it up, shouldn't look to bad! and wont need to repair it bi-monthly :P
