i want do it in once as well, i dont want replace so many times.
tein SS is good, but all the second hand one is more than 800.
which one is better choice, replace the spring?or replace to tein SS?
also, how many should i drop if i have manufactory lips on?
cuz it looks like more lower with the lips.
tein ss are fine - i installed a set on a customers car yesterday and they feel firm and fine. The bonus is you can adjust their height to whatever you want. springs + shocks generally cannot be adjusted in height.

I still think if you set a budget in your mind , king springs will be fine for a slight drop and wont ruin your ride. Just dont get "super lows"
The front and rear lips will help make the car look lower but take care with them if your car gets lowered

    1.5" lower is nothing,
king spring is best choice for you for $500

if you want lower 2-3", i suggest custom kmac spring, because kings is too soft

Read "USED". Currently, someone is selling used eibachs + konis for $800. I have also bought a used set for a bit more than $800. Thats a reasonable price.

regarding the tein SS, its fine with the ride comfort + handling. but what gets me is the amount u can lower at the rear, u can only go 50mm lower. and after sum rims u need an extra drop which u dont get.
i would personally get sum buddyclub N+, unfortunately wont we within ur price range. its around $1600.
