    please dont qoute me on it , but i believe that for stfwd the car must have all door trims on , working windows etc.
    im guessing the civic is completely gutted?? maybe thats why

    yeah i thought it might be something like that,think i vaguely remember something about 2 front seats as well,could be wrong,cbf reading thru all the rules.
