Just did a test fit of the rims im gonna get for my civic. Borrowed 2 of the rims off a mate - who i think is on this forum (siknis, cheers bro)
any way - wasnt sure if they would fit or not being 20's. to my surprise they fit quite easily.
i will be getting coilovers to lower it more (its been lowered about 1.4 inches).
feel free to comment - looks a bit like a rollerskate at the height in the photos but once the coilovers go in it will be tuckin rim :P (i added a real dodgy pic that i 1 second photoshoped of around the height it will sit)
phlirt --> are u planning to roll the guards to dump it that low to prevent scrubbing and turning problems hitting the sides of the fenders? what width tyres do you have on those 20s, 8.5? I heard 30 profile tyres are really expensive, how often would they need to be replaced?
applio --> what site did u get those 12 SMT high powered LEDs from? Do all interior ones have to measure 30 x 40mm to fit?

those rims are 8 inch wide and have a 225/30 tyre on it. the rear i will roll to prevent scrubbing but surprisingly they clear the guard well enough as is. the front i will roll - test turning yesterday and the wheels at that height still can achieve full lock without hitting either the inside or outside - i will lower it until they are just not touching. you can pick a 30 profile tyre in 20inch for around 200-220 here in canberra. would replace the tyres as needed - prob about once every 6 months.
