    I've only recently bought my Type S... so I can't answer your question, sorry.

    I've been told every 30,000-40,000kms is about where it needs another change, we'll see how the Redline goes (it's called MTL too, not MTF - my mistake) though, it's a full synthetic so it should be good for at least that many kms. At $128 a bottle locally, I'm in no hurry to change it.
