I thought that was iVTEC?
I was under the impression tht VTEC engages at a certain RPM and is dependent on oil pressure.
Isnt iVTEC was the one dependent on throttle position?
ie - regardless of how hard u put ur foot down, VTEC kicks in at 5800 in the DC2R where as if you put your foot flat in an ivtec at say 3500rpm, ivtec will change the cam profile early to aid in bottom end torque?
Correct me if im wrong.
