if you go look up on youtube there is a n/a non vtec D16 (im gussing a Y4?) doing a 13s run

Type in Bisi or bisimoto and you will find a all motor non vtec carby doing mid 9s.

This thread is about the Oz Street FWD record where you need to run street tyres and have many factory parts still fitted. What Bisi and any other race car has run is totally irrelevant.
