sit there in neutral , slowly rev the engine. Can ya get the exact noise at a exact rpm ?
chances are its harmonics at that rpm from something either loose or too tight...

if you car is shakin hardcore, and your steering wheel has lots of vibes then your engine mounts are gone.

your gunna have to describe the rattling more specify. lol if its like a tapping then your tappets need to be re adjusted

or just do what ben said. lol

The rattling with the clutch sounds like your thrust bearing, or the springs on the plate bouncing around.

figure it out? i think its the same problem with mine,
recently got the clutch changed + upgraded
    heatshield replace and flywheel machined.

and there's a rattling occuring when i let the clutch go low rpm.

    clutch in and its gone.
at higher revs 'sometimes' rattle can be heard.

since its happened since your install , it would be directly related TO the install. Something is not tight or not properly lubricated.

could be loose heatshield....check that one out.
IF not , take it back to your mech asap.

I got the very similar problem since 3 weeks ago. I got the stock engine and gearbox. When the car is sitting and without revving, it making funny noise. Once the clutch is pressed, the sound will gone. But, when you start to drive over 2500 rpm or 3000 rpm, the sound is coming back again. It just so annoying.

What I do is, pressing the clutch at the red light!! So other driver wouldn't keep looking to me!! the sound is soo loud!!

I bring the car to shop last week and had it checked. They say it properly be the problem of bearing in the gearbox. They ask me to get gearbox specialist checked. But i am just too lazy to get it checked again!!
