On thier site here it says 60mm or 2.3in.
I'm using the same 4-2-1 header,2" pipping and a 2" hi flow metal cat in my car.If your gonna change the header, may aswell get a hi-flow cat too and fix up whatever piping needs fixing.Do it all at the same time.

hrmm im not sure which xforce 4-2-1 header it is cause the guy i picked it up off doesnt know either.

just wondering if theres a way i can measure it so i know if it will just fit straight to my stock cat.

im planning to do it at home thats why. however if its too big and wont fit i'd needed go to an exhaust place.

The 4-1 outlet is 63mm so again it's going to be bigger than the stock cat so it will need some fab work.

Measure the inner diameter of the pipe that meets the cat, and also measure the dimensions of the cat flange on both the header and cat side, plus the placement of the bolts.

i was under the assumption that xforce are JDM copies

and all jdm headers are 2.5 collectors right?

although i feel that i am wrong...

Definately 60mm,it says on thier site.It will be fine, just need to fab it up to match cause the stock cat will be under just under 1cm smaller than the header collector.
I would seriously put a hi-flow cat in there as there are gains to be had.Not worth risking a fine for a gutted cat plus Honda's like the back pressure so unless it was a big build you more than likely will lose power putting in a gutted cat.

ok measure the 2-1 part that meets the cat its about 60mm.

not sure what you mean by the cat flange though.

hrmm ok so its not gonna fit properly onto my stock cat? im def. planning to get a hiflo cat and a new catback. just dont have the funds atm which is why i wanted to install the headers to the stock cat/catback itself first.

u'd probably only feel the benefit if u installed it all at once if ur still running stock catback

so may as well wait and then u'd know for sure if everything lines up
