gearbox noise in my vti-r integra?

thrust bearing....if you push clutch pedal in....you'll hear a bearing noise

input shaft bearing....if clutch pedal is out....you'll hear a bearing noise

i would guess its the release bearing worn out... (by my mechanic) might as well buy a clutch if u have $$$ and change the clutch master cylinder ($70) from honda... it'll help with smooth changing of gears... unless you're sychro's are worn... thats another thing
