FD3S... ownership costs aren't anywhere near as bad as people think.

The only niggle I've had has been the gearbox- i busted a linkage out as wsid. It cost me all of $110 to fix.

Fuel, insurance and all the rest are pretty similar to any other performance car.
    And so it begins...

    Are you fkn serious?!?

An RX8 uses like 60% more fuel than the S2000, and its not even turbo!!!!

being realistic i would probably be moving onto a 350z or Evo next.

both cars are good bang for buck fun!

mate your going in circles lol, between those two cars id go for a 350z but have you seen the lancer's interior & the performance doesn't make up for its shitty interior & then again 90% of the reviews say the s2000 is better then the 350z but a 350z does look phat with some nice deep dished rims.

Im actually getting a Evo...couldnt agree more with the interior, however performance wise, Evo's arent that quick out of the box however respond extremely well to bolt ons, unlike N/A's. Simple bolt ons on the 4g63 can net up to 260awkws and a bucket load of torque for a cost less then 4k.
Dont get me wrong I loooooove the s2k, but once you have forced induction you can never go back

Having both is the obvious answer!

Indeed it is!! Thats looking great!!

Was contemplating the same kit but decided to sell my rig instead.

Just out of interest, I know you can comfortable get around the 240rkws out of that supercharger kit on a 10psi pulley, any idea on torque figures as the ol f20c seems to be lacking in that department.

Yup, plumb back. I did it to reduce the 'ricer mating call' but it's still pretty loud.
