You can reset your ECU and see if that helps.

If installed correctly it should idle like stock manifold. Check all sensors plugged in properly.

What is the size of the IM and TB?
If they are different, the air does not flow smoothly into the engine. That's why it might has problem with idling

    ok guys update
i've fixed the misfiring problem, now the only thing still wrong is that it wont idle below 2k rpm
just holds it at 2k and sometimes hunts
tried adjusting the screw, doesnt do much...
could a faulty IACV valve be the cause here??
    any ideas?

Sounds like the Map sensor but I'll wait to see what the pro's say
What was the cause of the misfiring?

it was partly the map sensor not having a vac line anywhere and the EVAP vac line not having a big enough vac hose, so i've used some T peices and taped into other sources for vac

can anyone tell me what these three holes at the top of this skunk2 TB does??

vaccum leak. PLace your hand over the throttle body and if it idles, start searching for the air leak.

well first of all when you installed your TPS on your new TB did you check to make sure the voltage is what it should be at idle ? WHat is your voltage at idle should be about 0.5V at idle and about 4.5 at WOT.

Once you have the right, adjust your idle screw, and or check for leaks
