This is not a problem and is NORMAL for a Jazz. Because the Government are concerned with gas emmissions, they ask car manufacturers to lower the idle speed of the cars. This will not hold the full weight of the car. The only way to correct this is to alter your driving style, and possibly even go back to using your handbrake.
actually it's caused more by the cvt. it wont really hold like a standard auto
but nice story to tell the customers

tell them to press the lock button on the remote. the fuel cap/door is only unlocked when the car is unlocked
