7500rpm will be plenty for a stock b16a head it wnt make any power past that so no point revving it...

Mine made sold power to 8k rpm with stock head and cams and I reckon it would have carried to 8.5k no problem if we had raised the rev limiter

The whole reson of a b16a top and b20 bottom, is the engine capacity "litres" is bigger, but b20 top has no vtec, but the b16 does...

looking at extra 2k in other accessories i.e gearbox, mounts, brackets, shift linkage, shafts, wiring loom, dizzy, alternator, starter and the list goes on and on. Plus b20/vtec will be best worked with a tunable ECU. Don't think a standard ECU will handle it.
