EG brake conversion

i got a Eg breeze and wanna upgrade the rear brake from drum to brake disc, what parts do i need for that?
do i need to upgrade the whole brake system?
cause im goin' to upgrade B16a to my car.

you need rear trailing arms, rear hubs, rotors, calipers, hand brake cable and i think brake fluid lines. popular doner cars are civic (with rear discs), DC2/R and late model CRX's. anything else?
