yep...that's it...but i didn't get it from them...
in terms of feel...you gotta be prepared to deal with the vibrations...it was pretty bad when i first got them fitted, but i think over time it has settled a little...
dam are them inserts worth getting ?? is the vibration really that bad di ?? i might purchase them aswell as the dohc shifter bushes to see how they go.
also how much engine mounts on the k20a ?? if i get these inserts will they b for all the mounts ??
steve i did some research on them, seem to be all the rage. vibration is real noticable upon install but dies down, or perhaps you get used to it. mainly at idle. and it only inserts to the front and rear engine mounts. so just the two.

Mounts from spoon an innovative are over $500 new. The energy suspension inserts are good and come for the front and rear mounts only from memory.
About the Torque dampners, they complement aftermarket mounts as they still absorb alot of the twist so that the engine mounts dont cop it all.

you only really notice it when you're idle...and by now i'm so used to it i don't notice it anymore...
