Engine:
Slight oil dampness around the engine box area ( do i worry ? )

Dont worry pretty normal.

Transmition:
The left drive shaft, outer C.V. Joint rubber boot split & subase leackage evident
Note : - Right outher C.V. joint rubber boot quite heavily cracked

You need to replace the cv boots themselves. Not too exxy ~ $70 or so a side incl parts and labour.

Suspension:Both rear trailing arms, main support brushes cracked & seperating, creacking noises are evident from suspension/body areas on road test. (replace brushes and re-assess)
Some wear to front suspension brushes.

Its normal for a car of its age and k's. Nothing drastically affecting the handling of the car.

Breaks:
Rear breaks 65-70% wear.
Tyres should be rotated / Wheel alignment.
