I got a quote from my dealer at just over 500 bucks, that is for the lights plus installation, the installation takes about 3 hours because they have to run the wiring through! That is my next purchase, after that I am looking at larger rims.
BTW everyone here seems to think that leather is a fantastic feature in the Euro, I happen to disagree... I don't know what it is about leather seats but to me it just doesn't feel the same I am not sure why but I actually prefer the standard black cloth seats! To me they look just as sporty and are warmer on the rump Each to their own I guess...

The cloth seats are a pain to keep clean. I vacuum once a week, but it is turning gray in colour due to the dust buildup. I am going to go at it with a lint-remover next!

That's exactly what I was worried about the cloth seats in the Euro. Who needs warmth from cloth seats when you have heated seats?
REV888, what sort of deal did they give you for the '05 Euro Luxury?
$500 for foglights? Hmm.. that sounds quite pricey. I can't remember exactly how much it was but when I bought my car, I remember seeing it on the accessories list for something like $250.

Congrats dude !
Nice colour choice
Just some words of advice.
1) If the car came with oem mats, go buy urself another set, all-weather mats would be wise.
2) Try not to wash your car for a while, because after the first wash (your car being black) you wont know whether to feel proud that ur car is clean, or frustrated as you see the swirl marks.
Enjoy it dude, but be careful . Double D is around the corner
Beep if ya see me ! [arv-21f]

Congrats on ur new car... As everybody that knows about the euro's and or owns them, can tell it is a bloody good car...
U made a good decision getting one...
Leather is so much easier to keep clean then cloth hope u do get it... or u already have it on ur new euro.
Dark tint is real good.. I had it until i had a accident with the dark tint at night time not able to see cars on the side... Dark tint is really the only way to go with the hotter months but one day the cops will catch up and put a defect sticker on the car if it has real dark tint...
If anybody is interested i could sell my Euro Fog lights... I have no need for them now.. its sitting in a box in the garage...
Enjoy ur new car moite...

Oh yeah.. the fitted car mats. My driver side one is worn out. It's only 2.5 months old. Where do I get the fitted all-weather mats and how much are they?

The foglamps don't cost $500, that is the TOTALL cost which includes parts and installation, labour isn't that cheap and like I said will take around 3 hours to install. The lamps themselves cost around $295.

The black cloth is pretty nice, you do get some lint and hair on it but it is pretty easily removed with a decent vaccum cleaner I vaccum the upholstery once every couple of weeks, no biggy!
Why did you remove your fog lamps? How much would you sell them for do you think?

I'm just wondering how you got leather seats on standard euro?
Are they going to take care of the side airbag issues?
I heard from my dealer that many dodgy dealers are offering leather seats as a dealer-fitted option, even though it'll interfere with the operation of side airbags.
Anyhow, you'll enjoy the leather seats. One of the biggest gripes I have with cloth seats is that they tend to get smelly as your car ages. Unless you get it professionally steam cleaned, it'll smell bad and you can't help it because there will be occasions when you get in your car sweating like a pig. They get absorbed and starts smelling really bad eventually. Also, leather seats tend to cool down a lot quicker than cloth seats too.
What do you guys do with your feet while you drive?
My car's now 2 months old, but I don't really notice any sign of wear on the floor mat.

$500 does sound right. Not only do you have to pay for the foglights, but you have to pay for an indicator/light switch to turn on your foglights. Yes $250 is just for the fog lights alone.

It was suppose to be done by the dealership but got a call from Honda saying they wont do it. As for Airbag the leather people who will fit it, assure me with a certificate that if in accident the airbag will deploy ok.
They have done tests already and comply with all standards.
Why have there been issues in the past ?
