alarm + door actuators

hey ive got a pretty basic alarm installed on my car with remote locking function. i bought actuators from jaycar today but when i press the lock/unlock button on the remote, it doesnt seem to be sending power to the actuator. has anyone encountered a problem like this before? or can anyone take a guess as to how i can fix it? cheers

did u buy the actuator kit that comes with the central locking module? (Usually comes in set of 4 actuators, 1 of which has 5 wires and the other 3 just 2 wires each (green & blue)

if not, you will have to use 2 relays. i can provide u with with more details i.e diagrams, if this is the case.
