    Rims respray

I'm about to buy a set of rims but want to spray it a different colour to suit the car. Just wondering if I get them spray professionally, how much would it approx cost and how long would it last before the colours fade or flake off?

Located in syd, would be good if you guys can recommend a place!

    DIY ! FTW!!

I just got a set of 2nd hand rims too.. in the process of cleaning them still -.- almost 20yrs worth of muck on them.. so its taking a while...

But in sydney... i was looking at a few options too.... google up sandblasting places in sydney...one is located near parramatta or sumfing... that sandblasts ur wheels (equil. to 200 grit sand paper it says)..

Then you just bring it to any body work repair place,, and they can coat it for u....but seriously if the rims arnt worth much.. the fee you pay to have them re sprayed cost more then their actually worth.
I MISS VTEC.... BOOST is OVERATED lol

I think it will cost around $80 per wheel to get them sprayed professionally thats just normal paint tho it will cost more to get them powder coated.
