Is this the 1000km service? They don't change the oil then. Call up your dealer and get them to top it up for you for free.

Where did you service, dealership or elsewhere?
Assuming they did do the oil change, it would have been at the max mark on the dip stick, so what is the oil level now since 2k km?

I doubt any oil changes its color after 2k km, especially for a rather new car.

Sorry, I thought you were talking about changing the oil after 2k.

Anyway, how did you determine that the oil was black?

Did you check the dip stick in the morning before starting the car? pull it out, wipe it clean and dip it in, and pull it out again to check? If you check it after starting, the level will be lower, as the oil is circulated to other parts of the engine. If the oil is below the minimal level, better go back to the dealers to have them to check it again. They might have screw up. Get them to top up again, unless you are using your own oil, then top it up yourself.
