seems like the new jazz doesnt do quite well on the track, a 5th placing doesnt look convincing at all

would improvements in interior / exterior make customers want to buy the new jazz, or are they after performance & handling?

We might be after a bit of performance but I dare say 90% of the Jazz buyers are after a small economical relicable car and if it looks nice then it better than the competition.

Why was the swift a manual (in video), while the others were all cvt/auto. Not fair. Old VTI-S still impressively quick.

coz swift sports only come in manual.

The Old Vtis lose in stright road but that can be address easily but just changing the header and a few other parts. I heard the new jazz header cant be change. correct me if i am wrong. But yeah i didnt expect that few kw difference to make such a big diff in straight line.

ya they were saying that they werent going to change it much, they were hoping they could even lower it a bit but sall good in the end. good idea having the saftey pack, that way if u want the smaller engine u dont have to sacrifice on airbags and display. not long to go now!

Wonder how the 5sp Auto will compare to the current CVT.

The current CVT rocks, if you know how to treat it!

Thumbs down $1000 price hike for 1.5l

If the pricing is correct, this means that VTI is now $1k more expensive. Seems a bit too high, because despite having more air-bags in the VTI, the difference between GLI SP and VTI is still over 2k for basically identical car (except the engine). The old Jazz VTI had much nicer interior (+ cool mirrors) in addition to a bigger engine. Looks like Honda wants to push more people to 1.3 .

Can you also post the accessories pricing, at least for the rear spoilers (as VTI-S doesn't come with one, despite the price increase )

Bottom line: 1.3 GLI SP = BEST VALUE
