i've read a few pages of this and not one person has mentioned the changing of the O2 sensor... mine died recently (misdiagnosed as ICM issue) and it perfectly explains the shitty mileage... the one part on the car that actually dictates fuel usage in closed-loop / cruising / partial throttle
If 1 person has had bad luck with a product don’t condemn it until you yourself have tested it. Now if 10 pros have tried it and it sucked then I would trust their opinion.
my EK1 get about 280-320 for a full tank on the high octane
why is that?????i dont fang it all the time
reakon might need to change fuel filter or the O2 sensors
an ek1 should get at least 400 km minimum.
Follow these step (ranked from the easiest) and see if it improves the consumption....
1. change the driving way. Shift at 2500 rpm. I drive like a nany, but I save my wallet. :P
2. do ecu reset. http://www.ozhonda.com/forum/showthread.php?t=67113
3. change fuel filter.
4. change oxygen sensor.
