    Wats the SR3 recaro material called??? Not the suede part..but the other part. i think its the same stuff the real Ek9 door trims r made of!!

    u mean the red mesh type material on the seating part of the recaros?

    if u dont wanna epoxy, use liquid nail adhesive or u can melt the plastic donuts back on using a solder iron

    hmm.. will see how i got... dont really wanna be glue'n it becuase all glues dont work very well with plastic/pvc.

    i will get it done tomorrow night some how

    ever since i did my front grille using 5 minute epoxy - the stuff is the best it glues plastic and metal really well AND its impossible to remove!! lol - well u can knife it off (but still very difficult).
    Liquid Nail is just crap IMHO - very soft and doesnt dry solid unless you dont touch it for a few weeks.
    You can use supershort nails and buy metal washers (the ones that look like volcanoes).
    Use 5 min epoxy!!!
    Mehhh!!!!!

    i used cable ties... neater then all this epoxy shit... stronger and also removable in the future!

    i will post pics if i can get around to it..... epoxy is sh*t

    tht looks nice.... better geting the real EK9 skin there jus too much mite as well do it this way.....

    That looks fantastic! I think the application goes far beyond CTR look-a-like installs. Thanks for the build, will use it one day

    i ended up doing mine black and it turned out quite nicely. instead of epoxy i used gaffa tape. didnt think of cable ties but i dont see how that would work.
