does standard recaros from CL9 require saftey certificate.?

Check your tyre pressure. They should be a minimum of 32psi. I prefer 36psi on the 16" rims.

If you want to put aftermarket or standard seats in, they must have side airbags because the stock CL9 comes with side airbags. If you put a non-side airbag seat into the Euro, then you are disabling safety equipment, which then makes your car not road-worthy.

Steering does feel heavy when the tyre pressure is low. Same for most cars.

Hi,I seem to have a problem with my driver's seat height adjustment. I have my car seat up as high as it goes and I am finding that over a few days the seat begins to lower itself. Then I have to pull the lever to raise the seat again to its upmost position.
Has anyone found this to be a problem? It would not be a problem for those who like the seat down low because the seat cant't go lower.

My drivers seats clicks by pushing back on the seat or when going over bumps etc. It sounds like something internally to the seat is pressing up against something near side airbag area in the seat.

Real annoying and yet another problem i have had with the Euro (6 weeks old). There dealers are fu$*ing hopeless.

Is it a click or more like a squeak? I know the TSX has a TSB regarding squeaky seats but I'm not sure if it covers the clicking sound your are describing.
The dealer will come around eventually. Keep persisting.

It's squeeking. I popped into the dealer today and one of the techs looked at it but the entire seat needs to come out and be disassembled for it to be fixed. I also reported the other remaining faults but i have been warned i may need to go back multiples times more to fix these. It's already been 4 times and i have had the car for just 6 weeks (brand new).

I have a high suspicion that i will be getting rid of the poor quality heap of crap very soon indeed. It's had more faults then my Aurion did in just a quarter of the time!

Edit - They again semi-dismissed my complaint with the rough clutch pedal yet again and said on 04-06 Euro's had this problem. I wonder if Honda raided the old parts bin when they manufactured the last of the CL9's?

It is extremely frustrating to the point where you feel like giving in to them but don't. I'll see if I can find the TSB that relates to the seat then I'll post it up for you. It will be worth taking in it with you next time. From memory they do have to remove the whole seat then I think and they cut out a small bit of carpet and then they bolt back the chair through the extra piece of carpet.
You mentioned the dealer told you that it's a common problem with the 04-06 Euro but isn't yours an 08? They should have a fix for that now.
