    DC5R Ticking Fusebox?

Hey, i just bought a dc5r today, and was driving it around to get use to it and while reversing the car cut off without warning (cut off meaning, no power to anything, car turn off etc.) then the little box under the dash just above the clutch (which i assumed is the fusebox) started ticking slowly and progressively started getting faster (like a bomb or something) for up to approximately 5 mins? (not sure) then the car started up again.

just wanted to ask around see if anybody knew what caused this?

    thanks in advance.

haha had a simular thing on my rex, my issue though was with the central locking, the only what to stop the ticking was to remove the fuse!!! this occuered after washing the car, so gave it a few days, pluged fuse back and ticking was gone, issue never returned
