    If you manually push and pull the lock up and down, does it motorize?

    Did the dealer give you warranty? I think they are liable for 1 year by law, and 3 months for parts.

    ok.... the lock works if i Lock in manually... but if i unlock manually it doesnt work... i guess it might be a loose connection?
    the button on the power windows panel works by unlocking and locking all doors except the drivers...
    so logically it only motorised the other doors if you lock but not unlock.

    It sounds like the actuator works, so it could be misaligned or loose or jammed.

    Check for warranty. If no warranty, pull off the lining, remove the mechanism, grease it and re-seat it.

    You will see some rubber sound dampening and thin plastic weathering covering the holes. To remove it, heat the glue around the edges using a hair dryer and pull it off (be careful not to burn the thin plastic). Once done, heat it up again and re-apply it.

    ok i think its the actuator that is the problem.. cause the battery is fine...how much for the replacement? would warrenty cover these?

    Some defects are excluded from the warranty:

    * a tyre
    * a battery
    * a light
    * a radiator hose
    * a vehicle accessory, radio, tape deck, cd player or air bags
    * paint work or upholstery that should have been apparent at the time of sale
    * any additions made after the buyer takes possession
    * on vehicles older than ten years old, or more than 160 000km, the air conditioning unit is not covered.
