A very quick and basic guide -

For the front left hand side ( in the picture) you can take out the actual airbox to access the back of the globe housing easier - and on the right hand side- the power steering fluid resevior WILL be able to move - simply lightly pull it up out of its place and puish aside.

To remove the globes , pull on the rubber tabs on the grommet/covers on the back of the housing ( that the wires stick out of) - SLOWLY and GENTLY pull off the connectors on both sides- then push in the small clips to release the latch on each globe. Take out , and install in reverse order. BTW pix help- altho it is very straight forward once u have a good look aroudn in the engine bay

You mean the globes themselves ?

try latex gloves , tissue paper - anything that is smooth and dry and will not leave any residue on the bulbs
Nice fresh clean Cotton gloves work very well for this stuff ( bought from Super cheap auto)

I think any bulb is good apart from the autotechnical crappy lights
$20 and they just seem to pop within a few mths
