Mugen Civic Type RR Vs S2000 --Fifth Gear

Jason Plato compares track times between the two cars.Just in case people don't know JP, he is a professional driver in the BTCC series. He races for the SEAT team,a car manufacturer whose parent company is VW.
I have to say ,that usual bloody "low torque" comment that we hear about Honda cars,is really becoming tiresome.
He should've compared it with turbo charged cars(competitors) and maybe even a Golf R32 or Audi S3.
The Mugen RR just shows the world what a little 2.0L NA motor can achieve( 177Kw and 217 Nm.)
The track though, looks like a parkland bicycle path

you can import it but only for race use...and if you do own it overseas you would need to prove residence, photos, bills all that stuff etc

My understading of it is that we are able to get the old, EP, Civic Type R's here due to the fact that Honda Australia didn't bring in anything simular. Thus it was a model that wasn't currently offered or close to something offered.

As we already get the Type R from the UK the RR would be too simular to be imported under the SEV's scheme.

Well at least thats my understanding of it, i could very well be wrong.
