    Yes, I got a shop to install them. S tech is stiffer and H tech is closer to OEM rates.

    thanks danjoy... what about in terms of handling? so S-tech is better for handling but stiffer, correct?

    I would assume so. I was mainly after apperance and ride quality as the wife will kill me, but so far she's not complaining since putting H-tech's on.

    More info can be found here, but not sure if the rates are same for our Australian FD, but I did use it to make my decision

    Kings are fine for me, dropped 3cm at front and 2.5cm at the back.
    Best to get professionally done since they include a wheel alignment.
