    fd jammed window

    hey guys...my front passenger window is jammed and doesn't go up and down anymore...but i can still hear everything working...anyone know what the problem is? and can anyone tell me how to take off the door trimmings so i can save myself some $$$....any help would be great..thanks

    take it to the dealer.. its probably running low on lube.

    it would be a quick warranty job... you won't have to pay.

    But yeah it might be quicker to just do it yourself.

    most likely it's still under warranty right, so i suggest u ask dealer to fix it up if that's factory defect. unless course u caused that accidentally.

    well the thing is i've had my window replaced by obrians coz someone broke it a few months back...so is that still under honda warranty?

    Just call up your Honda Dealer and tell them your window is jamming or not closing properly.

    Honestly when I got mine fixed it was basically a 2min job, sprayed some lubricant in the window and I was outta there.

    They probably won't charge anything for it, I mean you could just ask them if it'll cost anything beforehand.

    Maybe they do charge you, try a different dealer.

    back to the dealer, quick job, won't charge you any cents, it's a common flaw for the current civic~
