    If theyre registered for tax which im sure they are, its against the law. They charge the 10% on EFT, cause the EFT code is the payment reference number. If there is no record of the payment they wont need to worry about paying or charging tax on that service or product.

    if the person who posted about Hanny's is concerned that much about the receipt and they refuse to give you one, dob them in to the ATO.

    To the OP... your only way of recourse is to prove the issue is a result of the work performed ($) then going through fair trading.
