Buy 2L. It will take around 1.7-1.8.

I wouldn't worry about trying to flush it out. Just change it often. I change mine every track day or every oil change, whichever comes first.

make sure you remove the fill level bolt when you're filling up the transmission.

Its there so you know when to stop pouring fluid into the box.

I just fill up using the fill level hole (which is actually called the filler hole).

I'm assuming you change your engine oil every 5000km, isnt changing the tranmission that often slight over kill? (i know newer is always better) But the Honda service log shows tranny should be changed at the 120,000 service, so i assume the oil can last alot longer?

I'm wanting to change my one over but places ive called have asked why am i doing it now because its not due up for another 90,000km?

i do mine every 10 thousand.

its easy as and doesn't cost too much so why not.

It is possibly overkill but I always notice a change in shift feel after a track day so I change just to be sure. I usually do 2 track days to an oil change so my gearbox oil is often changed every 2-3000kms. My car has nearly 120,000kms and in excess of 2000 track kms on it and the gearshift still feels great so I must be doing something right.

As JasonGilholme says it is easy and cheap so why not.

120,000km is too long in my opinion. I change mine every 2 years or 40,000km. When I do trackdays, then I change MTF every 2 trackdays. Costs less than engine oil (<$40) and there is no oil filter involved anyway.
