    EG Current market values

As the title says, whats the going prices on EG's these days, I'm after a fix-er-upper to runaround in and for the mrs, so nothing flash, not arsed about engine choice either, would prefer an auto, until i decide what to do with it.

Thanks dudes, I will probably have a mooch round for a real shitter and do it up eventually to my high standards, just need something to potter around in thats economical for now. I wouldn't mind a Honda City either, might keep my eye out for one of them too.

    be aware:
redbook isnt a biblical market value website
    its just a rough estimate,
and at times, ull find its suprisingly untrue/reasonably off.

they are indeed, no drama's though I'll find one at a price thats decent. Like I said previously, i'll find some ratty shitbox that some chick has battered, shaft her good over the price and then start from there.

N14 - bulletproof reliability, spare parts galore

1.6 EFI DOHC 88kw & ~1000kg = kills EG anyday of the week.

very similar fuel efficiency, can probably find something for ~$2500-3500

or even THIS... fully optioned, 2 litre (105kw) TI... ok the k's are north of 260k, but have seen these run well past 300k (350+) without many probs, as long as they are well maintained. value for money beater, it kills a civic.
