I often have my vehicle garaged for periods of anywhere between 1 and 2 months at a time.
What is the best way to preserve the battery?
I have thought of the possibility of using a Trickle-Charger of some sort, but i am not sure if a battery can remain on charge for such prolonged periods.
What are my pros and cons?
Get a quick disconnect for the battery (its like a screw top fitting) and just disconnect the battery when you leave.
